– and perform an appraisal of collective and individual talent.
The resulting ‘team capability profile’ captures the strengths
and weaknesses of the team, and provides the basis for targeted team
development.

and attitudes can severely hinder strategy execution. We work with teams
and wider groups to create a behavioural code of conduct to which everyone
signs up. We then work with leaders to embed this in the culture, ensuring
these behaviours live and have the desired impact on business and team
