Whilst we are not traditional strategy consultants, we apply a process that addresses fundamental questions on team approach. Team Capability
A vital question for any team: "What capabilities and skills do you need to execute your strategy? And do you have them?" We work with business and team leaders to both clarify the capabilities for success – and perform an appraisal of collective and individual talent. The resulting ‘team capability profile’ captures the strengths and weaknesses of the team, and provides the basis for targeted team development.

Team Behaviour
You may have great strategy and strong capability, but poor behaviours and attitudes can severely hinder strategy execution. We work with teams and wider groups to create a behavioural code of conduct to which everyone signs up. We then work with leaders to embed this in the culture, ensuring these behaviours live and have the desired impact on business and team performance.
