From 10 year decline to market leader
In partnership with the executive team of a major international hospitality
business, we developed an integrated approach to strengthening the
alignment between field operations and the corporate centre. Designed
as a leader-led process, we ensured the business was fully aligned
- up and down its hierarchy - created the environment for more open
and focused performance, and directly impacted upon teamwork and
collaborative capabilities. The organisation has subsequently returned
to its market leading position after a 10 year decline in business
performance.
Global beer company achieves growth targets
Working with the UK Divisional MD and board of a global beer company,
we helped facilitate the clarification of a growth oriented business
strategy. We lead a series of strategic conversations with the team
on how they would achieve substantial growth in a declining market.
They have subsequently achieved all key milestones on their growth
and developmental journey.
Commercial performance delivered after acquisition
Following a key strategic acquisition by a leading UK property services
group, we supported the development of the newly combined senior management
team. This included helping them review their strategic priorities, then
translating these priorities into the team and leadership development
agenda. The organisation has subsequently delivered the necessary synergies
and commercial performance from its acquisition.
Sales team delivers 40% growth over 2 years
Sponsored by the UK Sales Director of a leading brand luxury car manufacturer,
we designed and delivered a series of development activities to enable
the sales team to achieve a 40% growth in sales volume over a two year
period. The business subsequently achieved all its growth objectives,
and significantly outperformed other European country operations.
Business transformation delivers commercial benefits
Working with the Managing Director for Europe of a leading business services
group, we helped develop the teamwork, performance and strategic focus
of a critical business transformation team. Tasked with designing and
leading a multi-billion pound business integration, we enabled the team
to step back from their highly intense daily operations to review their
approach. Significant enhancements in strategy, alignment, team communications
- as well as genuine collaboration - have helped to speed the delivery
