or to deliver their full value to the team. We help leaders develop their
ability to balance and utilise different styles to meet different needs – critical

What we deliver
We start by clarifying the development agenda with the leader. We also
gain wider perspectives – usually through a qualitative (and at
times quantitative) 360° feedback process. Following a goal-setting
session with the leader’s line manager, and the identification of
measures of success, we design a coaching process tailored to the individuals
needs. When coaching teams, we frequently integrate our methodology with
the client’s commercial meetings and conversations, providing coaching
support in ‘real-time’. |
