Team leadership
Leaders play a crucial role in helping to achieve team high-performance. Yet many leaders struggle to focus their time and energies appropriately, or to deliver their full value to the team. We help leaders develop their ability to balance and utilise different styles to meet different needs – critical for building high performance.
We provide invaluable coaching to team leaders, and leadership team members, in a variety of scenarios.

For example:

  • When there is need for a significant shift in team or individual performance
  • A transition must be made from ‘functional leader’ to ‘business leader’
  • The team leader needs to ‘role model’ change or new behaviours
  • A new business strategy requires a different commercial approach
  • Relationships with the team and/or key stakeholders need to shift
  • The organisation wants to invest in a leader’s accelerated development

What we deliver
We start by clarifying the development agenda with the leader. We also gain wider perspectives – usually through a qualitative (and at times quantitative) 360° feedback process. Following a goal-setting session with the leader’s line manager, and the identification of measures of success, we design a coaching process tailored to the individuals needs. When coaching teams, we frequently integrate our methodology with the client’s commercial meetings and conversations, providing coaching support in ‘real-time’.
