In our experience, if appropriate behaviours are not agreed and ‘lived’ within
the team, then performance can be compromised. Without a doubt, team
and individual behaviours can tell a much more powerful story than ‘official’ messages
and corporate communications. So the right team behaviours can greatly
advance your progress. But the wrong behaviours can be costly.
What we deliver
We provide a behavioural template, drawn from years of experience of
coming into contact with senior teams. We then work with the team to
tailor the template to their own circumstances, commercial objectives
and team performance agenda. We facilitate this iteration process and
ensure alignment within the team. Next, we support leaders in ensuring
they effectively role model necessary behaviours, imbedding them in the
culture. Where needed, we also perform an assessment of the team’s behaviours – both
collectively and individually - to identify significant gaps and behavioural
development needs.
